Atlas vs Invelo vs Appraiva: AI driving for dollars

By Atlas Proptech · · Prices checked

AI driving for dollars (AI DFD) uses street images to find signs of property distress. Atlas, Invelo and Appraiva offer this screening. The practical differences are how you pay, how you start, and how the results fit your work.

Atlas is the only platform in this comparison with published, subscription-free pricing for AI street-image screening jobs. For regular use, Atlas Boss includes 8,000 analyses for $99/month. Invelo’s $99/month Deal Finder plan includes zero AI screening analyses; each costs another $0.03.

What does AI driving for dollars cost?

USD, before tax. Monthly billing unless stated.
Platform / plan Monthly fee Analyses included Extra analysis
Atlas Explore $0Pay as you go$0.04
Atlas Base $392,500$0.03
Atlas Boss $998,000$0.015
Invelo Deal Finder $990 AI analyses$0.03
Appraiva Not publishedNot publishedNot published

Invelo Growth costs $199/month; Professional costs $349/month. Annual plans cost $990, $1,990 and $3,490 upfront, respectively, starting with Deal Finder. AI screening requires a paid plan and costs $0.03 per property.

Atlas vs Invelo: 8,000 included analyses vs zero

Invelo’s subscription buys access; AI screening costs extra from the first property. Its included skip traces are a separate service. Boss includes 8,000 analyses, then charges $0.015 each: half Invelo’s screening rate.

For 10,000 completed analyses in one month, Atlas Boss costs $129 ($99 + 2,000 × $0.015). Invelo Deal Finder costs $399 ($99 + 10,000 × $0.03). That is $270 less with Atlas. For an occasional 1,000-property job, Explore costs $40 with no subscription; Invelo costs $129 with monthly Deal Finder billing.

These examples assume no credits already used, monthly billing, and no trial credits, discounts, tax, or other services. Atlas credits cover analysis, not a guaranteed lead.

Invelo’s broader marketing and CRM tools may justify its subscription. If you already have those tools, Atlas gives you a lower screening bill.

Atlas vs Appraiva: know the price before you start

Appraiva specializes in visual property condition data. Its public site directs buyers to a demo and does not list plan or per-analysis prices. Compare its quote with your expected volume. Atlas publishes its rates and lets you start a ZIP-code search or CSV job yourself.

A public AI driving for dollars API, with published rates

Atlas is the only platform reviewed here that combines a public AI DFD API, self-service keys, and published per-analysis rates. Access starts at $39/month on Base. Send an address or coordinates and get the analysis in the same response, ready for your CRM or AI agent. You do not need to submit a batch and check a job for results.

Appraiva’s docs describe an asynchronous job API: submit properties, then check for results later. They publish no rates or self-service key setup.

Invelo mentions API access on Professional, while its webhook guide covers lead data. We found no public documentation for an Invelo AI DFD analysis endpoint.

Atlas API analyses use the credits included with Base and Boss, at the same rates as jobs. Explore supports pay-as-you-go jobs; API access requires a subscription.

What about DealMachine?

DealMachine is a larger alternative for property research, outreach, and driving for dollars. Basic costs $99 per seat/month and includes 10,000 data credits, a driving app, and API access. Those data credits cover a different service from Atlas’s image analyses. Consider DealMachine if field work and owner data are your main needs.

Start with the properties you need to screen.

Use Explore for an occasional job. Choose Boss when volume makes its included credits and lower extra-credit rate worthwhile. Compare your cost before you commit.
